Notifications

WAKU Care notifies you about important events within a deployment — new cases, work order assignments, and other activities that need your attention. Notifications are tied to the specific deployment, since cases, work orders, and devices always belong to a deployment.

Notifications are triggered by events in the deployment such as:

  • A new case is created or assigned to you
  • A work order is assigned to you or changes status
  • A case or work order you’re involved with is updated
  • Inventory levels fall below minimum thresholds

Email notifications are configured per deployment in the Deployment Settings. This lets each site have its own recipients and language.

Setting Description
Default Case Notification Email Email address that receives notifications for new cases
Default Maintenance Notification Email Email address for work order notifications
Notification Language Language for notification emails from this deployment
