Event Log
The Event Log on the device detail page brings together all relevant events around a device in one place. This creates a transparent, chronological history for each device.
What appears in the event log
Section titled “What appears in the event log”The log combines both changes to the device and all linked activities:
| Entry type | Description |
|---|---|
| Move | The device was moved to another deployment (with the target) |
| Work orders | Work orders linked to the device |
| Cases | Cases linked to the device |
| Service jobs | Service jobs that include the device |
| Tasks | Individual tasks related to the device |
Information shown
Section titled “Information shown”Each entry typically shows:
- Type — The kind of event (icon and name)
- ID and Name — The label of the linked entry
- Status — The current status of the linked entry
- Responsible — The assigned person, if any
- Date — The relevant date of the event
What to use it for
