Reset Password

If you forgot your password, you can reset it yourself at any time.

Reset your password

1. Open the sign-in page and select Forgot password
2. Enter the email address of your account
3. Submit the form

Check your email

You receive an email with a reset link for your password.

1. Open your email inbox
2. Click the link in the email
3. Set a new password and confirm it
4. You can then sign in with the new password

Note

If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder. The reset link is valid for 3 hours — request a new one if needed.
