Settings

In your Account Settings you manage your personal profile. These settings apply to your user and are independent of the workspace you are currently working in.

You can find the settings via the user menu under Account.

Profile details

Field	Description
First name	Your first name (required)
Last name	Your last name (required)
Phone	Optional phone number
Email	Your login email address

Note

Your email address cannot be changed yourself. If you need to change it, contact us.

Additional settings

Setting	Description
Language	Display language of the app (German or English). Emails are also sent in this language.
Theme	Color scheme of the interface (Light, Dark, or System preference)
Timezone	Your personal timezone. Affects how timestamps and dates are displayed.

Tip

Use the apply-current-timezone button to adopt your local timezone automatically instead of selecting it manually.

Save your changes with Save.
