WAKU Care for Asset Operators

As an Asset Operator, you operate and maintain your own devices. WAKU Care gives you everything you need to keep your equipment running — organized around your Workspace and the Deployments within it.

Your Workspace is your organization’s home in WAKU Care. Inside it, you create one Deployment for each physical site where you have devices — a warehouse, a factory floor, a building, or any location you operate in.

Each Deployment holds the devices at that site, along with the cases, work orders, and inventory relevant to that location.

Register all your devices in WAKU Care. Assign them to the right Deployment, add serial numbers, model information, and any relevant tags. This creates a single source of truth for your installed base.

Set up recurring maintenance so nothing falls through the cracks. Strategies automatically create work orders on schedule — you don’t have to remember.

When something breaks or behaves unexpectedly, create a Case. Cases track the full history — from the first report to the final resolution.

  • Cases — Log and manage incidents
  • Customer Portal — Let on-site staff report issues by scanning a QR code — no account needed

Keep track of what’s in stock, what’s been used, and what needs reordering.

  • Inventory — Manage parts across your locations

If you’re setting up WAKU Care for the first time, follow the admin setup guide — it walks through workspace configuration, deployments, devices, templates, and your team in the right order.
