Knowledge Hub
The Knowledge Hub is your organization’s centralized library for templates, documentation, and device specifications. It stores the reusable knowledge that powers your maintenance operations.
What’s in the Knowledge Hub?

Device documentation (manuals, datasheets) is attached to device models, which are maintained in Master Data > Devices.
Why centralize knowledge?

Sharing across workspaces
Section titled “Sharing across workspaces”If you manage Customer Workspaces (as a service provider or manufacturer), you can share Work Templates and other knowledge resources with your customers. This ensures consistent procedures across your entire service network.
