Insights
WAKU Care analyzes the collected machine data and presents it as overviews and charts. Each data point is tied to a specific device (via its serial number), so insights are always in the context of the device.
Where insights appear
Section titled “Where insights appear”- “Device Data” area — Deployment- and device-wide overviews with dedicated tabs.
- Device record — A device’s detail view shows its machine data and charts.
- Cases & work orders — Through linked devices you can access their machine data, which speeds up troubleshooting.

Charts
Section titled “Charts”The charts are built from the devices’ data points and shown over a selectable time range. Which charts are available depends on the insights configured for your devices. Thanks to automatic refreshing, the view also works as a permanent dashboard.
