Views

The Cases overview offers two views: the Kanban board and the Table. Use the view switcher to move between them. The Kanban board opens by default; your choice is saved and restored the next time you return.

The Kanban board shows your cases as cards spread across five columns — one per status, in workflow order:

Column Content
Reported Newly captured cases that have not been reviewed
Assessed Reviewed cases whose approach has been judged
Started Cases currently being worked on
Resolved Cases resolved within the last 30 days
Archived Cases archived within the last 30 days

Drag a card into another column to change the case’s status. The corresponding timestamps are set automatically — when a case is dragged into Started, for example, WAKU Care records the start time.

  • Search — The search field above the board filters all columns at once, matching name and ID among other fields.
  • Sorting per column — A column’s settings let you choose the sort field and direction. Available options are Name, Priority, ID, Type, Due on, and the status timestamps Reported on, Assessed on, Started on, and Finished on. By default each column sorts by its own status timestamp, newest first. Your choice is saved per column.

The Table view shows cases of one status at a time. An additional switcher, which appears only in this view, selects which status is displayed.

Columns:

Column Content
ID The case’s unique identifier
Status The current status
Priority The five-level priority
Name The case title
Resources Attached files
Assignee Who is responsible for resolving the case
Type Anomaly, accident, damage, or improvement
Tags Assigned case tags
Linked operations Linked work orders and service jobs
Date The timestamp relevant to the current status

The filter bar applies to both views equally. You can filter by deployments, users, case status, case tags, device tags, and case types.

Two special filters are available under Additional Filters:

  • Overdue — Cases whose due date has passed and that are not yet resolved or archived
  • Unassigned — Cases without an assignee
