Section titled “What is the “Bulk-Upload Template”?”The Bulk-Upload Template is a Google Sheets template that can be used to initially add large amounts of data to WAKU Care, simplifying the start and reducing the effort at the beginning of usage. The template can be filled in by the user themselves. The upload into WAKU Care is performed by the Customer Success team after coordination with the customer.
Using the template is a service by WAKU Robotics that can be arranged as part of a support agreement.
When and why should I use the “Bulk-Upload Template”?
Section titled “When and why should I use the “Bulk-Upload Template”?”Using the template is recommended above all when large amounts of devices with complex device tags and spare parts need to be added to WAKU Care initially and adding them manually would be too laborious.
